Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "Great location, breakfast and helpful staff. You can find it right off the station. The hotel is located above a mall, with easy access to restaurants on the 4th floor. The breakfast was great! Lots of options and well worth the price. Hotel staff was helpful and even helped us fill out the mailing paper to ship our luggage to the next hotel. The public bath was smaller and much more crowded than expected but it did the job."

"Actually, everything is perfect. Anyway, the room can't protect any voice from other room. Air Conditioner is not good for control the temperature in the room. However, the size is quite small but it is not the wrong by the hotel. It just me that may need the big one. If i go alone, this hotel will be my first choice for relax."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. They agreed to cancel the reservation and agreed to provide a full refund, however,...

"An exceptional hotel that ticks all the boxes for me. Wonderful staff and service. Location is very convenient with a Family Mart a stone’s throw away and close to the Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops. The onsen is a bonus. Free drinks in the evening are very welcome. Love it!"
