The urbanisation is surrounded by green areas, paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, a children's play area and a swimming pool with a security fence. There is also a swimming pool for adults. The property is very close to the beach promenade, the beach, restaurants and shops. The location is very handy with its close proximity to the beach.
