It sits in the very heart of the South Downs National Park with access to hundreds of miles of walking and cycling trails from right outside the door. Stoughton is a coveted village within the national park, with the Hare & Hound pub being a destination for many weekenders walking and cycling the adjacent Kingly Vale and surround. In fact, Downsview Place looks directly onto Kingly Vale which is a real highlight! The property sits just 20 minutes drive from Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit making it the ideal location for racing enthusiasts!
