3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (327)
"It is really lovely. I had stayed there more than 40 years ago and it was lovely then and it hasn't changed. So nice to take my adult kids this time and have them love it, too. Staff is great. Grounds are beautiful. Restaurant setting is perfect. Food could be better but no complaints. It was way better than okay and easy and the service and setting make up for any shortcomings. I have been recommending Hacienda Chichen for years and will continue to do so."
