The family room is a cozy space with an oversized sectional, a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV, and a wet bar. The living room impresses with beautifully decorated built-ins and another 65-inch Samsung Frame TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cooking enthusiasts will love the fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line cooking supplies. The dining room and kitchen seamlessly flow into each other, creating a perfect space for meals and quality time.

BACKYARD
The backyard is a true outdoor paradise, featuring a lush green yard and a private heated in-ground saltwater pool and spa. Enjoy lounging on the sunbeds, dining al fresco at the outdoor table, or playing games on the lawn. The backyard also has a large grill, hammock, fire pit, volleyball net, swing set, and more, for endless fun and relaxation.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is uniquely designed, providing ample space and comfort. The beds ensure a comfortable night's sleep with luxurious, high-end mattresses and bedding.

- Bedroom 1, the primary suite, you'll find a king-sized bed, 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, and en-suite oversized primary bathroom that is a sanctuary for rest and relaxation.

- Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and full sized bed.

- Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed.

- Bedroom 4 features a a king bed.

- Bedroom 5 has an king bed, couch, and Peloton bike.

- Bedroom 6 has a king bed, and is located on the main level of the home.

BATHROOMS
All bathrooms have been fully renovated with top of the line fixtures and beautiful Italian marble. Plush towels, toiletries, and other essentials are provided for your convenience and comfort.

- The primary bedroom’s en-suite bathroom features Carrera marble throughout, double vanity, large soaking tub, oversized steam shower with bench and 3 shower heads, heated toilet and bidet, and heated floors.

- The second full bathroom showcases gorgeous Italian marble, double vanities, dual shower heads, and large bathtub.

- The third full bathroom is located on the main level of the home, and features Carrara marble and dual shower heads.

Kid-friendly amenities include two pack 'n plays, two high chairs, baby gate, and dishes for little ones.

By renting our home, guests have access to the bedrooms. Guests have complimentary access to common areas (living rooms, bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, etc.). Guests do not have access to the basement, pool room, garage, or supply closets.

Violation of our home rules will result in a $1,000 fine, and immediate termination of stay, without refund.

- No parties or events.
- Only guests staying at the home may be at the home.
- Outside quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- Pool and Spa close at 10pm.

**Rules for those staying with a dog:**

Only well-behaved and fully potty-trained dogs are allowed.

- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture
- Pick up waste.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the backyard.

If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed (e.g., waste was not picked up), an additional fee will be charged.
