Small rooms - exteremly expensive!
Terrible! 2 extremely small rooms - queen size beds barely fit in them! My wife hurt her leg hitting to the corner of the metal bed frame - sticking out in front of the door - see the pictures! The room was advertised for $199 a night, but after all the fees it came up to $645 for 2 nights!!! Total rip-off!!!

Best place to stay
I was so pleased to arrive at this beautiful establishment. The neighborhood was very family friendly. If I have to attend another conference I will hope to stay here. The longest wait time for Uber was 4 minutes. Excellent!!!

This was not a good experience. The place was way over-priced (because of a Cubs baseball game). The location was 1/2 mile away from where promised. The unit above was rented a bunch of 20-somethings who showed up with multiple cases of beer, and they proceeded to drink it all and shout at each other until about 2 am. Then at 8 am they all got up and left, sounding like a herd of elephants running up and down the stairs. They at 8:30 the elephants came back. The place itself is OK, but the experience kind of sucked. Plus we wanted to watch TV, but they all the premium channels blocked even though we paid more than $250 per night for the room. And we had an invasion of ants, too. I think they owe us a lot of money in a refund.

The listing states that the guesthouse has two bathrooms but it does not. It has one bathroom with two sinks. We did get lost on our Uber ride back from the Navy Pier, but that was the error of the Uber driver. Other than the bathroom issue, the guesthouse was great!

Great stay in the two bedroom two bath. Was very surprised at how nice the property itself was. Surrounding area had a lot of awesome little shops. Great little vibe in that community. Felt very safe.

it was a very nice and clean facility. Had a full set of dishes and cookware so eating out every night wasn’t necessary. There were 5 of us staying there and was enough space for all without feeling too cramped. Was a quiet area with a decent amount of street parking.

I really liked the place and where it was located. It wouod have been nice if the refrigerator had an icemaker or had more than one ice tray. The neighbors above us kept us up by making a lot of noise between two and four am

Nice Neighborhood
There are 3 queen size beds in the property at 2104 Roscoe. The beds were quite comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was a bit noisy in the front bedroom as it is located street side, but a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!
