In the bathrooms you'll find plenty of amenities including shampoo, conditioner & body wash and hand soap pumps. We stock plenty of plush bath towels, washcloths, and hairdryer. Please use our dark washcloths for makeup removal.

This large kitchen has lots of cabinets and counter space. We've already got the cabinets stocked with all the utensils and small appliances you'll need to make and serve a full meal.

The coffee maker uses coffee grounds and regular paper filters.

The kitchen has a gas oven with stove, a deep sink, over the range microwave, and a spacious refrigerator. Washer and dryer is located in the basement.

Note:
Basement should only be accessed by a responsible adult when needs to use the washer/dryer arise. Kids are not allowed in the basement. Hence, it shouldn't be used as a play area.

Guests will access the apartment from the back of the building. There is parking for two vehicles at the back of the building. Guest will self-check-in with access code which is the last 4 of the phone number associated with the booking. This is Yale wifi smart key.

Good Enough For A Night
We stayed 2 nights to attend my son's PIR from Navy boot camp. PROS: location is CLOSE, water gets HOT, lots of towels,lots of seating,communication is good,wifi access, plenty bedding items, appeared clean CONS: bed1 is uncomfortable and leaves you sore, neighborhood is not appealing (low income housing neighborhood) ,inconvenient to only use back door, one way in and out through alleyway,kitchen is awkward, low ceilings on main level, sloped floor (Almost fell twice) other than BR everything feels small and tight, unit is very dated, AC are window units takes a long time to cool from off (was baking when we arrived); did not sleep well, not a favorite but it was good enough. I misread the check out and assumed it was 11. I was reminded the night before but I was so busy with my sailor I did not read the message correctly then again at 930am that the cleaning lady would be arriving in 30 min so we had to rush out. I asked for an extra 30 min and was denied because "another guest would be checking in that day" It served the purpose but we won't use this one again.
