"Hotel Residence Aurora is a fantastic place to stay if either visiting Milan, Monza or the surrounding areas. We booked it to see family in Palazzolo and the hotel is fantastic; the apartment we booked is huge (plenty of space for us and our baby). Very clean, very modern design and feel whilst retaining a lot of Italian character. Reception welcome was very friendly and communication before our visit was perfect. "Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not). "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "
