전체적으로 낡았어요. 한국의 오래된 모텔 수준. 특히 욕실의 물이 안빠졌어요. 그런데 직원들은 매우 친절했어요. 가까이 예쁜 까페, 맛있고 저렴한 식당이 있어 좋았어요.

沒電梯的飯店 員工多數是友善熱心的 Mr.K it very good staff 入住第二天換了房間 放入新房間冰箱內的草莓不知去向 到第四天退房，仍沒有人告訴我 草莓到底被誰拿走了

部屋は土足禁止で清潔でした。
部屋は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 家族４人で利用しましたが、バストイレが２つあったのも、良かったです。 また、ゲストハウスだからなのか、玄関で靴を脱いで部屋に入ることになっていたので、部屋も綺麗でした。 近くには、カフェも多く、ターペー門からも歩いて１０分くらいの場所なので、便利でした。

Nice clean room in Sriphum
I was happy in this hotel since my room was clean and spacious; there was always hot water in the bathroom. Some people say I paid on the higher side for a room of this kind, and that the hotel didn't have a swimming pool, but overall, I was happy with the place.

必要充分なゲストハウス
いつもチェンマイでの常宿にさせて貰ってます。 場所的に欲しいものが、ほぼ徒歩圏内 で手に入るところにあって、便利なところで気に入ってます。 自分で活動出来る方には、お薦めです。 一つだけリクエストさせて貰えるとしたら、シャワーカーテンがあるとトイレまでびしょびしょにならなくて良いと思います

The front desk was very helpful in arranging a tour of the Black House/White Temple. The hotel itself is showing some age and I found cheaper options in Nimman district, and I wound up enjoying that area more.

Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr Buchen!!!
Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war sehr schwierig ,das Taxi musste erstmal über die Rezeption die genaue Wegbeschreibung erfahren.An der Rezeption bzw.Empfang ,lagen noch Bettlagen und benutzte Bettwäsche auf den Sitzmöglichkeiten der Gäste.Check -in ,schlechter Empfang! Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war Mangelhaft,haben auch die nächsten Tage im Restaurant um die Ecke gefrühstückt.Das Zimmer im 3. OG. war geräumig aber alte Ausstattung.Aus der Klimaanlage am Morgen,lief das Wasser raus.Beim Duschen im Bad die reinste Überschwemmung (Abfluß zu klein) und kein Gefälle.

Come for the location, stay for the cockroaches
Location is great in the Old City, and the staff is very friendly, but that's about all I can say that is positive. Where do I start? The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and I could feel every single spring inside. Ants crawled all over the room, and we had to kill a cockroach one night. We had no hot water the entire time. The air conditioning seems to blow on high relentlessly when you have it on, which means the room is either uncomfortably cold or very hot with the A/C off. The included "breakfast" is laughable, with the hotel offering measly microwave croissants and instant coffee.

现在不是旺季,古城内到处是这种客栈, 去了再订更便宜,住在古城,活动方便.免费早餐品种太少,量太少不够吃.房间清洁还可以, 不过卫生间有死蟑螂. 我们24日下午跟前台的女人讲,请她帮忙约一辆出租,第二天早上7点的飞机,要5点半从客栈出发,她说去机场要50分钟车程,车费350铢.我将手机里的GOOGLE地图给她看,只有6公里远,开车10分钟左右.她改口说最少300铢,或者我们自己出去路口叫车. 我们第二天早上5点多拖着箱子去路口,很容易打到一辆TUTU,要价200铢. 如果时间太早或太晚,可以提前几天淘宝预定接送机古城到机场30元人民币就够了. 住的期间在客栈前台定的美莎大象营和丛林飞跃一日游也缩水了:1.骑象时间只10分钟,本来说40分钟的; 2.原定的中文导游也没有,有问题无法沟通,导游送我们到丛林飞跃处就走人了; 4.丛林飞跃只有20个平台,订的时候告诉我们有30个. 下午2点钟已经结束回到住处, 原来讲要到4点半.

舒適又方便 蠻推薦的----
我們因颱風而取消一天住宿店家同意,一早到達店家也親切的讓我們提前入住,英語簡單溝通都沒問題,這間旅店位於古城區近松撇市場,附近生活機能佳,屬於鬧中取靜的地方,很多小餐廳與message店,我們住的是親子房設施方便舒適,雖不是一塵不染也是蠻乾靜的,房間是屬於明亮現代的風格,床很大我非常喜歡他們的床鋪很舒服,不過冷氣口對著床吹人是一大缺點,記得要帶牙刷因為他們不提供,早餐簡單不太吃得飽,整體而言會推薦想住古城區的人來住這裡
