This hotel was in a great location in old city, well within walking distance to many of the best restaurants and sights of Chiang Mai. However, it was a very disappointing bed and breakfast. The breakfast options were very limited, and seemed to largely be warmed up processed foods. Of the options, the mango with sticky rice was the best and freshest. Our room had a ton of mosquitos in it, which did not make it feel like an escape from outside. The room was clean enough, but a dirty rag was left in it by the housekeepers one day and the walls didn't appear to have been washed recently. We had to request hand soap, since only shampoo had been provided. Lastly, because it is in a fairly modern/industrialized space, you can hear EVERYTHING. We were on the 2nd floor and heard every guest stomping up and down the stairs with their suitcases. We will not be staying here again.
