Great basic guest house
This is a basic guest house. It is in very good condition, Although the street outside is noisy, the rooms are quiet bcs they are located on the courtyard side. Breakfast is available in the lobby. The owner is friendly and speaks some English. He runs a tour service, as many places do, and he's not pushy. There are tables and chairs outside for eating. It's right downtown in the old city, close to everything except the bus and train stations, which are 50 baht away by taxi. The bed is comfortable, the roomy roomy, internet fine. The room fan is strong a keeps the room cool.

best single room in chiang mai for the price
Room comfortable good wifi clean bathroom. staff friendly but not fluent in english.convenient location near temples shopping restaurants public market. basic economic room for backpackers.

Je ne peux pas réellement noter cet établissement vu qu'il n'avait plus de places pour nous accueillir (erreur de réservation venant de Hotel.com). Mais le propriétaire nous a beaucoup aidé dans nos démarches pour retrouver un nouvel établissement et nous faire rembourser. Par ailleurs j'ai eu des bons retours de cet établissement par des amis c'est pour cela que nous avions booké là bas !

料金相応の宿かな
4ベッドの部屋を約一時間他に客がいなくて独占利用できた。2Fの奥で窓無し、熱がこもるがエアコン無しで扇風機を常時作動させてたが暑かった。 トイレは従業員の方も利用してたが、トイレットペーパーが無くなっても補充されることはなかった。 まあ料金300円弱/泊だから、しょうがないかな。 従業員さんの対応は全体的には良かった。
