The staff are kind and courteous. The room was also clean. "However, it was disappointing that there were not many amenities." This is the hotel I would like to visit again when I come to Chiang Mai.

Pretty decent location and put you right into the action. Has nice live bar in front on the plaza. Only problem i had was the shower floor was engineered in correctly and doesnt drain water towards the drain, leaving a pool of sitting water after getting out of the shower.

Excellent value for money at perfect location
Perfect hotel on nice location close to the old city. Excellent service, I had to change my travel plans and check out two days earlier. The receptionist told me he would try to change my booking with the booking agency. That worked and I was compensated for the two days. All in all, perfect hotel with complementary coffee and cookies every day, very kind staff and nice room and shower. Excellent value for money. Recommend!
