Overall, the hotel was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and no complaints whatsoever about the room. However, the rooftop bar, next to the pool, was closed due to refurbishment. This meant that there was power tools being used for most of the day between 0900-1700, which was right above our room as we were on the fifth floor. This woke us up one morning and ruined using the pool, as the works were going on directly next to it. We had no idea this was going on when we booked or before we went upstairs to use the pool after arriving. May have booked elsewhere if we knew this was the case and have no idea how long this is going on for as it wasn’t really advertised very well, so can’t comment on whether it’s still happening or not.

Great hotel
Gorgeous hotel just outside the walled city takes 10 mins to walk to the city. Located on a quiet street, rooftop pool not many sun beds but very welcome after walking around all day. Breakfast included which is adequate. Very clean beautiful bathroom with great shower and really comfortable bed.

Room was very nice. Water in room would not stay warm. Faucet for shaving never became warm. Nothing close around this hotel. Better to stay in city center for things to do and dining options. Pool was open until midnight, but nobody used it after 6pm because it is right next to the dining tables and bar. Not ideal.

Loved it! Staff were absolutely wonderful! So helpful, welcoming, caring, accepting and just beautiful people. Hotel itself was very nice. Beds were a little hard though. Rooftop was beautiful, especially at night. Our favourite people were Biew, she was just GORGEOUS and of course who can pass up ALLAN!!?!? If I could have taken him home, I would have! When I come back to Chiang Mai, definitely would love to stay again. Thank you for having us!

Very happy with new room due to shower drainage issues and bed was very hard in other, breakfast buffet is very good if you get in early, bath in room was excellent for that romantic evening roof top pool and restaurant are very clean and nice, we were very happy to stay in this hotel but the location and room view was not great

Worth the price. I was hesitant as some reviews said you had to pay for towels? This just have changed as we got towels and pool towels during our stay at no cost. Watched the sunset from the pool, it was just perfect. The pool isn’t deep, and has a little ledge so you can sit in the pool without totally being in the pool haha. The water was perfect temp. Brought our own drinks to the pool and was no issue. Buying drinks there has a surcharge. Room was clean and just beautiful. Little amenities in bathroom. Slippers to use. Free water. Balcony which was a good size but no seating. Bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept on in Thailand Pillows are tall but soft The entire place is beautiful and clean. Situated in a quiet back street, feels safe and is really quiet. A few self service washing places around, but we got ours done at a really cheap place just around the corner. 40baht per kilo! The only real think I could say, was the breakfast was, just basic - but it did the trick for us :)
