This is by far the best place Ive stayed in all my travels. The place is beautiful and has everything you need in the area to make for a great travel and living experience. The staff is incredibly helpful abd very friendly and welcoming . Everytime I return its like coming home to family. I look forward to going back everytime I have to leave.

Everytime i stay here i feel like im at home. Everything is so perfect. The staff treat me like family and I csnt even begin to explain how wonderful an area the poace is located in. Just down the road has the bicwst most beautiful person ive ever met at sweet home cafe. And all the other amenities needed to live in Thailand are located with less a minutes walk

I NEVER WANT TO LEAVE. This hotel honestly is so unique not only for its design and layout but for the experience it provides right near all the best parts of Old City Chang Mai. No evevator. Nearly no hot water ... warm ar best. No room safe ... had to have one brought to room for large deposit. Neighborhood was rather a "Dogpatch". Had to walk over a block to get any transport. At least 2 rides could not find the place. TV did not work near as I coild tell. Nite attendent spoke no English. No matter what you read ...breakfast is not included.

The room itself looks pretty new and was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful whenever I had the odd tourist questions. There’s plenty of cafes, restaurants, laundry and a 7-11 within a 2-3 minute walk. Going into the other end of the old city only took 15 minutes walking, and you can easily get a motorbike to pick you up. Overall it was a great stay and I’d happily come back again.

This is one of the most terrible hotels I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how this hotel has such high ratings. The room itself is ok, but the bathroom makes me want to puke. The toilet is stained, the shower is disgusting, and the window is falling apart. The room is also infested with mosquitos. I would not recommend staying here.
