This boutique hotel is amazing. The only thing I'd mention that could be a negative is that there are no elevators so if you're in the 3rd floor, it's a bit of a chore getting to your room late at night when you're feeling good, if you know what i mean.
But that's the only complaint. I love this place. I stayed two different times while in Chiang Mai. 100% worth the price.
Este es el mejor hotel en el que he estado durante mis vacaciones en Tailandia. La atención es excelente, la comida, la limpieza, la cortesía. 100% recomendado.
What an incredibly beautiful and welcoming hotel. We were treated like family and the staff were responsive and very friendly. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. I’d stay here again and again.
The hotel staff are so lovely! The young man working the front desk was super helpful during our whole stay and so kind. They prepared a cute snack with drink upon our arrival too! Conveniently close the all the cute shops and lots of restaurants and coffee spots. Would love to stay there again in the future if we can!
Very friendly and helpful staff at this great value hotel in central Chiang Mai. Nice room with comfortable bed, shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Also great breakfast menu, coffee drinks and smoothies. Nice lobby to hang out in.

Elliebum and Gabe were AMAZING! So accommodating and kind. Great recommendations for places to go, see and times to allow for travel (including to the airport and locations). Food was wonderful and staff were kind, pleasant and super helpful. We would def stay here again.
Key note: BOOK the deluxe room, it includes 4 pieces of laundry per day and free shuttle with the airport. This Boutique hotel is in a key location to EVERTHING in the old city and short distance drive to outside the old city walls.
Our stay at this hotel was really very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast and the rooms are kept very clean. There is no road noise whatsoever. The owner was very helloing providing directions and very good tips on local places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay the next time we visit Chiang Mai.
We stayed at the Elliebum hotel for five nights, based on the reviews on Trip Advisor. The hotel is on a quiet street in the Old Town and is within walking distance for some of the main attractions in Chiang Mai. There are other hotels, restaurants, shops and places for massage on the same street.
The hotel is located on a quiet side street. At night, there is not much activity on the street so need to be careful when walking around. Hotel is within walking distance to some of the main attractions such as the Wat Chedi Luang and the Saturday market.
There is no elevator. We knew this based on the reviews, however we underestimated the effort to haul three suitcases up and down three flights of stairs. However, staff did provide some assistance. Walls are thin. We could hear the guests in the next room talking and watching tv at midnight.
Rooms are clean and the water pressure and temperature of the rainfall shower were good. Two bottles of water are provided daily . Complementary laundry service for a *few* items daily, provided with our room reservation.
Helpful front desk staff who always greeted me when I came back to the hotel at night. Very helpful in providing directions and assistance with transportation.
Delicious Western and Thai options are available for breakfast. There were a few days when the to-go breakfast was late even though it was ordered the night before.
Overall we had a pleasant stay there and it is a good choice for staying in Chiang Mai.
Great location. It's in Old Town and very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel helped arrange tours. The place was beautiful too. But my favorite thing was the towels were folded like an elephant when I arrived!
The hotel condition is excellent and value for money. The location is good and close to everything. The staff over there were very helpful and keen to help you to their best. I will recommend others to have a try when your next destination is Chiang Mai.
The hotel is a great find in Chiang Mai! The hotel is adorable as well as the rooms, the staff is great, and the breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but they are perfect for 2 people and the location is great. I will stay here if I come back to Chiang Mai.
Great host, friendly staff & ideal location in the old city walls. Lots of places to eat & very good value too. Rooms nicely decorated & good size. Does not have a lift as it is only a small boutique hotel however staff kindly helped bring large suitcases up when needed. Breakfast was order night before and made fresh & tasty in the morning.
