"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. "

"The room listed on expedia and what actually get at check in is totally misleading. I book family room with understanding that 2 people stay in attic room witg river view and another is just normal. Base on room picture show in expedia. In fact, it is totally different room. We ended up getting tiny room for 4 of us staying in together as normal room and no river view at all. "It is not the same property as in the picture. We were stuck on the second floor which was very dissapointing. No king size bed as ordered. Neibors have many dogs barking all night and roosters crowing from 5 am."

"Amazing guesthouse! The owners and staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and lovely with two balconies. It was right off the main walking street, and there were bikes available if you wanted to explore further afield. Had the best time at this guesthouse and would absolutely stay again."

"NO attached toilet in rooms!!!!! Common toilets facilities! Very inconvenience! The hotel is make of wooden structures. Partitions between rooms are not sound proof. Conversation can be heard across rooms. Walking to use the common toilets will create “cracking sound” of wood! Wake up everybody. Stay 1 night (booked 2 nights) and left "
