"I fully enjoyed my stay, the view with the sunrise and the sea on the terrace was breathtaking. The house felt super cheerful and very comfortable with cold AC and hot water. I would recommend a car as the house is on top of Eden Rock. Lovely area, with two boutique hotels with very nice pools in walking distance.I would definitely come back to visit! "

"We had lovely time at this villa which is situated very close to the beach and not too far from the local shops. Fantastic outdoor shower but indoors showers are quite small. Garden and house need a bit of TLC. The only negative was the vast amount of mosquitoes which prevented us from fully enjoying the garden."

"This is a very private, peaceful, well-kept property away from the crowds. If you have a car you can easily drive to supermarkets and restaurants within 10-20 minutes. "Stayed for a wonderful week in Sept 2018. Even before arriving we had great communication with Antonello (the owner). He is a generous and helpful host. Facilities are great and the house is very clean. The beach is only a short distance away and is as good as the photo shows. The location close to the SS195 road is easy to find from the Airport and to travel to other areas of SW Sardinia. We recommend this property and may well return."
