"This is our second stay in 3yrs. Rhey have renovated since we came and the changes are all good.We come on business and are here for about a week to 10days and get a suite. Worth the extra dollars as there is an exclusive lounge that you can have breakfast in and a cocktail in the evning before dinner. Highly recommend. I also think their car service at the hotel, although on the pricey side, worth the money. All staff are Great! Efficient, courteous and genuinely seem to care."

"I had a wonderful experience at Residency Hotel Fort in Mumbai. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even when I arrived at 3am! I was greeted with smiling faces, which was a great start to my stay. The room was excellent, with a large bathroom, and it was clean and well-equipped with all the regular amenities. The hotel also offers a decent breakfast selection. I was particularly impressed that they kindly stored my luggage for two days after I checked out. The hotel's location is also a major plus, as it's quite central and close to all the key tourist spots in Mumbai. I highly recommend this hotel."
