"Only stayed in Bristol for one night as a stop over. What a beautiful city, I wish we had more time here and at this hotel. Recently renovated, our room was fresh and modern, with everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay and it was great! Would absolutely recommend, "

"Loved everything about it, BUT, why was there no place to put all our folded clothes???? A hanging closet with hangers did not work at all for my friend & I. We stayed in a gorgeous room & spent all our time in a room with luggage spewing all our clothes, looking on our knees on the floor in the stacks of clothes. Why is there no place to put your clothes?? Sweaters, socks, underwear, T-shirts Bathing suits, etc.. A huge mess our entire stay. This makes NO sense. We were NOT happy!!!!"
