This property is out of town in a lake community. It is very peaceful, and once again did not disappoint. Very clean, nicely decorated and peaceful. I am sad to see that it is being put up for sale, as it is perfect for the traveler. It is very clean, well stocked and communication is outstanding! I hope we can travel this way again before it is sold!

This lovely property is close to Chetek in a very peaceful setting. We enjoyed seeing deer wandering around, and the quiet. The house is lovely. Check in was easy and the owner checked in by email to see if everything was all right, and to remind us they were just across the street if we needed anything. The house was decorated in a lake and fishing motif, and was very homey and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics and even a blender, even though we didn't cook any meals there. We just reheated, and made basic cereal breakfasts. There appeared to be everything you needed to cook if you wanted. The bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows in the closets, and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. The TV was easy to use. The house was large enough for many people to watch TV with a den for those who wanted to read. Tim and Cindy were awesome hosts, and have thoughtfully created a great place for the traveler. It is one of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many. I hope we can travel that way in the future so we can stay again. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful property with us!

Wedding weekend!
My (now) husband and I came to Chetek for our wedding at the Mill Events in July 2021. We stayed at this home for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the layout, cleanliness, decor, and that gorgeous back yard!! The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. Would absolutely stay here again, without question.
