Very close to everything for your family to enjoy. secluded minus a few neighbors strolling by and contractors for landscaping coming up on the property unannounced in the morning, maybe due to the recent storms. Nice view of lake when you get to the bottom where there is private lake access. My son caught a nice bass off the bank with his first cast. We came during the recent rain and storms so the dock was not able to be used...
