You can park 14 cars on the driveway and directly in front of the house. The house has three floors with seven very spacious double bedrooms that sleeps 20, three of which have ensuites.
The ground floor boasts eco-underfloor heating, a fireplace with top of the range log burner and a modern open plan kitchen/dining room with a utility room equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The stunning wooden dining table comfortably seats 16 people. The games room offers a full-sized pool table, table tennis, PlayStation4 and several board games. There are also two spacious living rooms; the first offers a 65-inch television with surround sound where the second offers an expansive luxury sofa as a more peaceful alternative. Both have large glass doors which open out onto the patio and beautiful garden.
The garden backs onto greenbelt woodland and Tapton Golf Course and hosts a spectacular barbecue area with covered and uncovered seating alongside hot tub and sauna. This is easy to maintain and requires little attention. The hot tub will be heated to optimum temperature for your arrival. A basketball hoop and football nets are also available.
All major supermarkets are within five minutes drive and offer delivery services to the house.
The house has everything you'll need for cooking any meal, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and appliances. There is everything you could need for all types of cooking from baking for a special occasion to creating a large dinner party or big breakfast.
