This smart-enabled home is on the first floor of a shared building. The apartment is decorated throughout to a very high standard in a very stylish modern manner, with laminate floors throughout.
The flat has two bedrooms (1 with king bed, the other has 2 singles which are zip-lock and can become a double - please advise how you would like it presented for your stay).
There is a super bathroom with large walk in shower. A fantastic, sleek and modern full kitchen with induction hob and oven, a spacious living/dining area with smart TV and a cute balcony for taking in the canal sights and sounds.
There is a washing machine for guest use within the flat as well as a cot and high chair available to guests upon request.
Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.
Self check-in/out via secure smart lock. We will issue you with a timed key via the App which will give you access into the building and the flat.

This property is set right on the canal - a 2 minute walk takes you to City Road where you will find some great restaurants (The Yard, Gate of India, Siam Thai & Teppan-Yaki and fantastic bars such as Harkers and Artichoke. Just 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to the very centre of Chester, the location is perfect for your Chester stay.
In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
