"Booked this to get away from the stress of our jobs. This cabin provided for a relaxing week. The owner provided all the necessary starter supplies even more so than a hotel including toothpaste, soap ,mouthwash. While just off of the road this cabin provided more quiet than any other we have stayed at (you feel secure and alone). The back deck was very serene and allowed for pleasant mornings to enjoy coffee. Would recommend for anyone wanting some quiet nights."

"Great location with beautiful views. It was nice to have all the living space on one level. Just 4 steps to get in or out. Best part of the cabin is the great screened in porch overlooking the lake and cove. We only had a few minor issues. Some of the chairs on the porch were wonky and need to be thrown out. We found out the hard way they were broken. Then there were no directions for how to turn on the porch lights, but we got a fairly quick response and were able to use them on our second and...

"My little family had an absolute wonderful time staying at this beautiful, clean cabin on lake Monticello! We had a blast fishing! We caught catfish, bream, and shell cracker. Also, the host was wonderful and responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future! 100% recommended!"

"We stayed over Christmas to visit family nearby.. the house is very cozy, clean, well stocked. It has baby gates at the stairs and outside on the porch which we found very useful..Kate was very accommodating and responsive to any questions… we really enjoyed our stay… it seems like this would be tons of fun over the summer for any family to enjoy the pool and dock.."

"This is a nice place to stay, quiet and clean. The beds were not as comfy as I would have liked, but for a long weekend just fine. Also needed a few amenities, so if you book, stop at the store on the way in for tissues, coffee, soap, shampoo and some extra toilet paper if staying more than a couple days. ( we have never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have these provided). Otherwise a good and comfortable setup and the owner was very easy to work with. thank you."
