"The front desk staff is top notch. The breakfast staff is the reason I have "STAFF" 3 stars. We have stayed there twice, and the attention the breakfast staff has given was zero to none. Most of the time, they are on their cell phone and you have to ask for more food to be brought out. Otherwise, great place."

"I thought I booked using Hotels.com which I did and have the confirmation, but the Hampton Inn Greer SC didn't have a confirmation or any information about my visit. The hotel was totally booked and didn't have any rooms, and I had booked two rooms using Hotels.com. So, I tried to contact Hotels.com and was able using messaging to message a real person who just disconnected while I was asking the receptionist a question, they asked me to ask the receptionist. I tried to reconnect, which I did but had to start from scratch. I had messaged three different people and found that the reservations were never made for the rooms. They said they would call the Greer Hampton Inn but never did. I never got help getting my rooms and had to fend for myself six hundred miles from home. I give Hotels.com one tenth of a star out of five stars. Do better Hotels that was BS "
