Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. "Loved our stay at L’Amara. Took a couple days to figure out the place. But once we did we were blown away with the organization of the place. Kids were picked up outside the hotel reception at 9am daily to go to ski school. It was a 30 second walk from the ski locker to the horse sleigh ride to ski school- amazing! The 2 restaurants were great; coffee pods from reception so easy and delicious; and ordering pastries and bread for breakfast each more was seamless. We didn’t use any of the kids...
