The staff were very nice however my room was incredibly dark and cold with one dim floor lamp and one dim table lamp. It was too dark to read or get ready for events if you wanted to see yourself. Also there was hair in the tub when I check in! Yuck!

I loved my stay here. The rooms are spacious; the hotel is an exciting labyrinth of corridors. Outside, there is a nice garden in which to sit and eat. The restaurant is surprisingly good. The staff were also amicable and prompt.

The pub and hotel are great but the rooms are dirty. Carpets not hoovered and hairs in the bathroom, it’s dusty too. It’s a real shame because it’s a lovely hotel.
