"A huge improvement from the previous Quality Inn that occupied this space. The multi-million dollar renovation is noticeable, making it an excellent choice for a resort-like feel that is steps away from downtown Palm Springs. I only wish the new beds were firmer, but that's a personal preference. "

"Room was very nice and spacious. Well lit and bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was lovely but sink could use some draino. Wished there had been a microwave and parking spaces should be wider. Overall very nice place to stay. "

"I love everything about this place especially for the price. I honestly never heard about Idyllwild until I came across this property on Expedia. The photos don’t do justice on how clean, beautiful and serene this place is. Plus, the staff are so amazing and accommodating. They communicate very well through text which makes it all the more efficient. I’ll definitely come back. "

"Super nice and friendly staff! The rooms are modern and the bed was comfortable. My room had a hard floor as in no carpet, but this was fine. I am glad I had my slippers with me. The neighborhood felt very safe and I'm a solo female traveler. They have two large pools and two hot tubs that are very clean and well maintained. "We were really grateful to the staff and the great service at this hotel. While it has a few tired features, they are actively refreshing it in phases. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place was great, and we made full use of the little kitchenette.
