Welcome to Europa Boulevard, a premier development in Cherry Hill East! The other bedrooms have queen beds, twin beds, and the basement living room has a sofa cum bed. 2 of the rooms are also equipped to work as home office with large desk, large monitors, printer etc. The basement adds considerable additional living space with a home office, bedroom, full bathroom, home theater system and a well equipped gym with Bike, Treadmill, Bench Press Machine and Cards with QR Code for work out. Easily venture out from the family room to the backyard bordered with a mix of evergreens for added privacy. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has all new appliances: GE Profile double oven range, GE Profile convection microwave, Maytag Refrigerator and Bosch Dishwasher.
