"Very new and very refreshing to experience the efforts the team have taken to establish this hotel. The staff and team led by Satish are great. For a hotel outside of the major cities, quite impressive. There are 2 restaurants conveniently located within the premises. Expressway is easily accessible. Good platform to get to the temples which are about 20-30 minutes drive away. "

However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone.
