"This is an excellent alternative to a traditional hotel or those requiring longer stays and would like a kitchen. Business condo is a good option and has laundry. Only real disappointment was electrical switches are poorly wired, which made light operation difficult. Recreation, pool and fitness areas on upper floors are quite nice and clean, and have excellent views. Cafe on ground level has simple, but good food choices, but operating hours are limited. Location is safe and walkable to nearby shopping and activities. Good access to indoor parking garage, as well as street parking."

"Luxury is the word!!! The resort is clean, spacious, and has many options. The main ingredient of this resort is the staff. All of them make you feel like your the only one in the hotel. They make you feel like you are family. They know your needs before you do. The resort is beautiful, The golf coarse is nice and they were working on it while we were there. the pool area is just amazingly pretty and relaxing, The Bartenders are the best. Lets not forget the room service. They were just impeccable checking in on you a couple times a day, bringing you water and chocolates each night. I just cant say enough good things about this resort and its staff. Whenever I am in Panama this is where I will be staying."

"The staff and the facility were very nice. The only problem was the stopper in the bathroom sink was inoperable and the curved bar which holds the shower curtains had been damaged by a prior guest. Once these repairs are made they would get five stars on everything. As to the eco-friendliness of the hotel, frankly, I'm sick of this political nonsense. I don't stay at a hotel to evaluate their water usage or how their laundry works. I stay at the hotel for my purposes not the political purposes of others."

"The address was a bit confusing for the taxi drivers; they should mention that it is within the “Villas de Cantabria” gated area. You’ll have to call to be let in through the gate upon first arrival. Other than that, great place. It’s close to a train station and a supermarket."
