We spoke to management the first day to at least get half of the booking price back and go else where they said no. It wasn't very clean either. We sucked it up for two nights then decided to get another hotel somewhere else. I did not get any of the money back. "

"The property is away from Seoul. From the airport, it takes 2.5 hours to reach via subway with one transfer at Seoul Station. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. I was a bit surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. The bathroom was fitted with a Bidet, separate shower, and bathtub. The area is very safe. I did not venture after 10 pm. You will hardly find any tourists. I went to visit a Buddhist temple and hiked in the Soyosan mountains, which were very close by, like 3 subway stations away. "

"The facility was new and just recently upgraded. Very clean and safe environments for kids to play. Wonderful experience!! Would recommend to anyone. By the way, there is extra $50 for warm water for the pool in your room which you should request in advance. Also extra charge if you want to have indoor/outdoor BBQ which will cost you another $20/$30. However the place itself was absolutely enjoyable. 💯 "
