The host provided great communication upon check-in and we only reached out to extend our stay a few times and they were very accommodating to the changes. Stayed from June to end of August. "Great house in a great location. Nicely furnished and, although we did not cook there, the kitchen was well appointed. Host was gracious and communicative. The bottles of water in the fridge and the copious allotment of Keurig coffee shots were nice touches. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like a good place to stay in a quiet neighborhood."
