You can easily visit the large surrounding towns with Angers 45 minutes away, Saumur and Nantes 1 hour away and Cholet just 20 minutes away.

On the ground floor there is a 30m² living room with dining area and lounge, independent kitchen, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets.

Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, then a third bedroom with two 90cm beds. Toilets with hand basins are also accessible upstairs. In the two upstairs bedrooms, the original beams of the building are at a height of 1.55m.

Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol directly accessible from the living room through a large bay window.
