Very happy with my stay. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me with parking and was very responsive to my requests. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Cheltenham. Hotel and room met my expectations. The breakfast tray and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.

Beautiful House
The house is beautiful with period features and a would have once had a very grand appearance, this is still quite evident today, I will most definitely come back, excellent service, cleanliness etc.

Not really a hotel. Just a series of locked rooms you let yourself in with a code but never see anyone. No breakfast even though included. Very uncomfortable beds.

Beautiful Edwardian property. Room was huge with lovely features. Garden area appreciated this summer evening. Good breakfast supplied for the morning. Cereal, tin fruit, cereal bars and milk.

100% use again. Great value for money.
Essentially, a room in a guest house. Decor is outdated and bed isn’t 5* comfort but the ‘pantry’ was stocked with cereal, tinned fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh fruit bowl and in the fridge there was orange juice, fresh milk and bottled water. Bathroom facilities were fine! I actually think this is fantastic value for the price, especially when you factor in keyless entry, location and what they provided for breakfast!

Basic, clean, quiet. Very good communication with venue who promptly replied to queries on parking. Room fitted out with breakfast goodies, such a good idea as I had to leave early. Close to eateries and bars, walkable. Good value for money
