Great location but a few niggles
We stayed during Jazz festival. Flat was well located (10mins walk from arenas). One private parking spot – but a pay carpark next door. Very useful. Flat was warm, clean and fine for a short stay, but sparsely appointed. The lounge/kitchen OK but needed more comfy seats: sofa/chair good only for 3 (and there were 4 of us). The kitchen had a dishwasher, but no tablets provided. Washing up liquid there but no sponge, drying rack or tea towels. A pod coffee machine, but no pods. All small points, but each a little annoying! Beds comfy, but rooms faced a main road so noisy at times. Our ensuite shower tap was faulty and the shower didn’t drain properly. Plus the ensuite cistern didn’t always seal off after flushing so water kept running and we had to fiddle with it to stop. Also no hand soap/gel provided. We ignored these issues for our stay but informed the owner so should be fixed soon! The 2nd bedroom was OK, with small double bed. Only niggle was it lacked bedside lights. The main bathroom had a freestanding bath but it’s hand-held shower attachment meant it was not easy to have a shower – just a bath. Plus we were given 2 bath towels and mats, but no hand towels, which would have been better. Some basic instructions emailed, but no printed instructions were at the property for things like recycling and appliances. Again not a big deal but they all add up. Overall a great location, clean, warm and OK for a short stay but certainly not perfect.

Perfect !
The apartment was great - a little tooing and froing to open door, park car and get parking permit ! So perfectly located in central Cheltenham. We will definitely use again as we have family in town.

Great accommodation
Very nice property in a great location. Good communication from the vendor. Smooth check-in. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was a smell from the drains from the en-suite but you can always close the door!

Great Accommodation
Great clean spacious flat only a short walk from nearby restaurants and a nearby park. All the amenities should wish to stay and cater for yourself. All in all enjoyed our stay.
