Recently refurbished to the highest standard throughout, this chic 3 bedroom Georgian townhouse is the perfect base to explore Cheltenham.

The townhouse is nestled on a quiet street just a stone's throw away from the town centre and shopping district. Montpellier, with its stunning gardens and top restaurants including the Ivy, is just a 10 minute walk away. If you are lucky enough to experience Cheltenham in race week then you are ideally placed to make the most of the races, the course is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi away depending on how much energy you have left!

With high ceilings and large windows, the townhouse has been stylishly decorated with a brand new kitchen and luxurious bathrooms.

We have 2 King rooms and a Super King, which can be configured into a twin for those looking for more flexibility for their stay.

We also have a sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably so a total of 8.

We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***

Please note:
You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Truvi via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.

Lovely stay
Beautiful house which had everything that we needed. Well presented and clean. Freddie also arranged for festive decorations and a Christmas tree for us.Great location very close to the town centre of Cheltenham, and also walking distance to various parks.

Lovely property
We stayed in this property for 3 nights. It is absolutely beautiful and was spotlessly clean. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked for those wishing to do so. The host was always available and replied to all queries very quickly. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
