"We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place...

"We needed a weekend away as a family as Christmas wasnt as expected with an unexpected loss of a loved one. This cottage offered us all the cosiness we needed to be together, but space too! The kitchen is a beautiful room to enjoy together. The lounge cosy with its ligburner. Then the annex was an amazing space with its pool table. Great space for our teenagers to enjoy. Orford is such a pretty village with some nice pub's! The kings head, just 2 minutes walk away was fabulous! Lovely staff &...

"Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

"This really is an absolutely stunning apartment, whoever decorated it has impeccable taste. The owner had thought of everything, too - so many thoughtful touches. Check-in process was super easy, and location great - right opposite the beach, with easy access into town (about 8 mins walking distance). There's something lovely that's hard to describe about the apartment, too - the light is beautiful, the colours and decor are very soothing, there's a lovely vibe about the place. Highly recommend."
