Grandview #711 - Enjoy a romantic escape in a King Suite room.  Snuggle up in front of the fire, enjoy the view on your private balcony, or relax in the jetted tub built for two.  This room features a king bed, comfortable chair, wet bar and river view.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

This is such a perfect location and the rooms are well equipped for the size. We loved the waterfront patio and proximity to town.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Restaurants and shopping were a three minute walk from the room, with a number of good options depending on your budget and dietary needs.

Wonderful!

The weather was awesome. Lake was brilliant and clear. So cool to see all the trout swimming by our balcony. Room was great. The public pool area was clean, accommodating, and met some fun folks over uno, water slide and hot tubbing. Only complaint, there were no hours listed for the restaurant.

Enjoyed location, nice modern room, easy check in and check out. Bed comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room was wonderful but only 3 jets out of 5 worked. Loved being right on river/lake. Pool not attractive, no access to beach. Refrigerator in room froze all my food, even down at no.3 setting. Overall it was a nice place.

A nice and quiet place close to town.

It was a great location, within walking distance to everything. The location of the room was a quiet one compared to rooms in the other buildings, as there were a lot more people on the other side from us. However the room above us had people that were up all night walking/pacing and dragging chairs across the floor. But only on the Saturday night that we were there, otw it was pretty quiet. The room was very clean, although the bathroom was quite small. All in all a great place to stay.

Not too exciting

We have been coming to Lake Chelan for 30 plus years , staying at several hotels. We used to go to Grandview when it was Caravel Hotel. We checked in and went to the room. Put our stuff down and noticed the bench at the end of the bed was really worn and actually had 2 large tears in it. That was kind of disappointing. Also, as night went on, we noticed walls were really thin and could hear everything going on upstairs. They were loud and partying until 2 am. Next morning, went to use hair dryer and none of bathroom electrical outlets worked. The hotel itself is great but will never rent this room again. It has a really small patio and is on the riverside. It is secluded and I prefer to be more part of where the action is. Also, went down to work out in the gym and no air conditioning. Just know if I stay there again, it won’t be this room

Great locationThe room was great but our toilet did run one night and there were bugs on our ceiling by the end of the weekend The front desk employees were also very rude and cold every time we interacted. Great View and Location

The room had a great view of Lake Chelan and was conveniently located close to downtown Chelan. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Some of the facilities and amenities were a little dated but did not deter from our stay. We would recommend the Grandview.

Like being on a boat!

I read some bad reviews about Grandview after we booked and went lets hope for the best. We loved the place. the front desk was pleasant and the location was perfect. We were able to jump in the lake from our room and the swimming docks were a bonus. We will return.

Grandview Inn

We loved the location of our room. It was beautiful. Our only issue was with ants crawling up the bathtub. Housekeeping came in and sprayed and the ants moved into the fridge overnight covering our bottled drinks. This was a pretty quiet stay and we enjoyed it overall.
