This cozy two-bedroom Chelan condo offers gorgeous views of mountain vistas and access a shared hot tub and pool as well as enough amenities to keep you occupied.

Situated in the Park Pointe complex, this unit is perfectly positioned. You can walk to downtown Chelan and all its delights in mere minutes.

The living room has leather couches (one of which is a sleeper), a cable-ready flatscreen TV with a DVD player, red ottomans, and a wood-burning fireplace.

The kitchen is airy and boasts plentiful counter space, a fridge, electric stove, and microwave. There's a two-seat breakfast bar for morning noshes as well as a balcony with additional seating and a BBQ.

Choose from two bedrooms. Both have queen beds, brass frames, and wood furniture. There are also two baths here.

You'll find a host of amenities including a shared hot tub and pool (the pool is open seasonally beginning in May), a private washer and dryer, and free WiFi.

You can have a lot of fun in Chelan. Relax on the lake on a sunny day or take your kayak and enjoy some alone time. Wineries abound and if you are a wine enthusiast, you'll be sure to take back a bottle or two.

It is within a short walking distance of a city park, grocery store, and just a few minutes more of walking to the downtown area. Nicely furnished and equipped.

Excellent Location & Super Comfortable
I will fully state that I was onsite in March (off season) for a work visit to the area, so I cannot speak to this location for peak season living, but it was an amazingly quiet and comfortable place to set up shop for part of the week and get some work done in the Chelan area! I would definitely recommend the place and return again should the opportunity present itself. Cheers!

Overall it was ok. But just ok. It was very basic and what you would expect for the price. It wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but that is something I feel is easily remedied. It was very nice to sit on the deck with a decent view of the water and drink our coffee, although the road noise on the deck was loud but the bedrooms were nice and quiet for sleeping and the beds were comfortable.

Great location with nice view of the lake
This is a very comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. Love being within walking distance of downtown stores and restaurants. We visited in late September so did not utilize the pool or hot tub. Being late or off season, there weren't a lot of other residents/guests around and it was very quiet. Only complaint is the shower valves in both bathrooms need to be repaired or replaced. One spins completely around but we were able to work around it. Otherwise the unit was clean and everything was in good working order.

Winter here is very private! No fighting for space in the huge hot tub. It was all ours! The unit has fantastic views. Only issue is VACASA. No shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, garbage bags,paper towels, sheets in the drier, not enough TP, and no return of 2 calls left at number indicated. Finally called main office, but no results. Walked to town / office on a beautiful January Chelan day and they generously filled a garbage sack of all the missing supplies to take back so now the unit is ready for many more guests. The unit was cleaned just not restocked. The price for winter rentals is great, but I question the cleaning fee charge.

Great Location & Unit, Terrible Everything Else
The unit itself is great: spacious rooms and living space, nice kitchen and bathrooms. The location is perfect: Great views of the lake, literally a stones throw away from town. The reason for my poor overall rating is as follows: we came into the unit and it smelled of dirty carpet cleaning. It was clear they just shampooed the carpets cause they were still damp AND fans were left on, sitting on the carpet, in several places throughout the unit. Throughout the stay, there were clear deficiencies throughout the unit that made for a difficult stay: there were only a few towels available for BOTH rooms (so we ended up having to dry ourselves with the small hand towels), there was ZERO laundry detergent in the unit so we couldn’t even wash the towels we had to reuse, the dryer only worked half the time so we could hardly dry out our clothes and beach wear or towels when we came home (let alone wash them because of the aforementioned lack of detergent). All this on top of the face that we discovered a load of laundry in the dryer (halfway dry and not smelling very great) as well as a load of WET laundry left in the washer which I’m assuming was left for us to throw into the dryer for the cleaning company. I’m all for everyone doing their part, and I’m more than happy to do above and beyond what my responsibilities are, but the overall seemingly lack of preparedness for our arrival had me somewhat frustrated that we had to finish the dry cycle for the previous occupants. Oh and one last thing, the cleaning company showed up 25 mins earlier than checkout time and started vacuuming outside of our unit ... somewhat of a pressure cooker for us to leave.

Great location!
Nice and clean and everything worked great. Traveling with an infant it was a plus to have a washer and dryer available in the unit. We were in town for a wedding and various events, the condo was perfectly and centrally located for all our activities. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Views, and just what we needed!
Park Pointe is perfectly located just a 5 minute walk to Don Morse Park. Easy to walk anywhere in town from condo. The pool and hot tubs is a nice bonus. We are all our meals on the balcony with sweeping views of the lake. A few things were outdated in the condo - the microwave and the sleeper sofa. But vacasa was very responsive to our inquiries when we had issues!

Great view, lots of space.
View is amazing, short walk to downtown, pool and hot tub very clean. Unit well stocked. Only issue was that Key Code provided by Vacasa did not work. Had to call 800#, person in Georgia answered and luckily they had another code and that worked. Enjoyed our 7 night stay.
