"The hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of shopping and restaurants all around it. The courtyard is a really unique space and was the reason why we chose to stay there. The hotel definitely has some miles on it. It looks like alot of things are worn and ready for an upgrade or at least a paint job. I wasnt happy to find that at check in, i had to pay an additional $500 incidental security deposit for our 2 rooms. I was lucky that my card had enough money on it to cover the fee....

"This property is rundown. The molding was all missing. The lobby and breakfast area had boxes of clothes and only one table. The entire building smelled like Marijuana. The outlet covers in the room were broken and wires exposed in the bathroom. The door safety lock was made out of a coat hanger. "

"The staff were kind and helpful. It was a quite building, and it was kept pretty clean. The parking lot need more salting as there were a couple snow storms on the weekend we stayed and the parking lot was a bit icy. "

"I wish I had known there was major construction happening…..one working elevator was very inconvenient. The hot tub was not clean. "
