"Very nice, safe and comfortable room and property!!! I asked to check in early, as I had driven over night on a work related trip. I work nights and had forgotten that check-ins were in the afternoon. : / I received a call from them letting me know that my room was ready 2 hours before the regular check-in time. That was a little life saver as I had no place to rest after 12 hours of work and 8 hours of waiting at work. Thank You!!! I had to stay another night and that was no problem either… I just called the front desk and they added another night. "

"Carpet and tile floors in need of a major cleaning. Bathtub was extremely slippery and looked worn out: ring around the tub and the nonslip things on the bottom were grey. I made the front desk and the maid aware of the tub situation and they did an extra good scrub which helped with the slipperiness but it still looked dirty probably due to age."

"The pictures do not lie! This home has amazing historic charm and the river view was fabulous. We have stayed in quite a few short term rentals and this was by far the cleanest property we have experienced: no dust, dirt, or grime to be found anywhere. Shari, property owner, was so easy to communicate with and greeted us on arrival to give us instructions and answer questions. She has thought of every detail down to conveniently placed extension cords, makeup wipes, and a notebook full of history and recommended restaurants. We plan to make this a return visit!"
