Room service works like clockwork, better and more reliable than you'd find in any hotel. The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped. "Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10. "
