"Very well-equipped and roomy lodgings in a residential area of Annecy. The apartment is actually a 3 BR 1.5 BA. There is only one shower. Thomas and Marie and colleagues were very responsive and collaborative."

"Nice apartment with a great location - ease access to train and buses and short walk to old part of town. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds, slightly strange to find ample cups and saucers but no mugs. Wi-Fi was very poor and the TV switched on but we don’t couldn’t find a way to watch any TV (perhaps tied in with the poof WiFi?). No response from concierge when I sent a WhatsApp message to him regarding WiFi. Unable to access the dustbin area as it was locked...

"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
