"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after...

"The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility."

The house was very clean. The bedrooms are OK, the downstairs room could do with some comfortable furniture. And the owner had left absolutely nothing - not even salt and pepper or a bit of vinegar and oil - for us when we arrived.
