You have to pay $10 a day to park in the parking lot at the hotel you already paid for. No free breakfast of any kind.

Checked in was fast and easy. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Pricing was great. very convenient location to everything with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. I'll definitely will be staying when coming If you ever need a space as big as an apartment with a working kitchen to provide for you or your loved ones, these are great hotels to go to! They even advertise that you can borrow common kitchen amenities. This is a great place to go if you feel like hanging out in the room and decompressing before hitting downtown Chattanooga. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy beds with plenty of pillows Rooms Rooms: 5 | Service: 5 | Location: 5

I enjoyed my stay the King size bed was amazing. If anythings went wrong they sent someone right away. The maintenance man was very sweet he told me he has only been there a few weeks but he is working real hard to keep the place up. The price isn't too bad it was pretty good. I definitely visit again. It was nice and peaceful.

The room was not even remotely close to clean. The room had an extremely foul odor. I kept finding area that we’re disgusting to touch throughout the stay.

The room needs to be renovated to be honest it was a terrible stay. I saw multiple bugs / cockroaches it was degusting. I told the front desk multiple times and all they said was I was the only guest complaining which should not matter.

Worst experience ive ever had. The smell was burning my nostrils, the bed frame was completely rusted, the heat did not work, there was one towel that appeared dirty, half a roll of toilet paper, the vanity was broken, i was scared to even get out of the car amd walk across the parking lot due to all the homeless people sleeping in the hallways and under the stair cases, and what is even more ridiculous is that i used a gift card i had received for this sort of outcome when i should have just spared myself from the nightmare and waited to use it elsewhere. By no means does it look anything like the photos. I couldnt even rest peacefully from having to sleep with one eye open.

We didn’t even get our stuff out of the car. There were bed bugs so I ask for a refund. They did offer another room but no thank you. I had to call Expedia to get my refund. I’ve yet to receive it, I need to wait 7-10 business days.

Absolute worst experience in renting a property and through Orbitz. I rented a room for my sister for 2 weeks. The first night, someone started banging on her door and yelling, scaring her. She did not open the door for fear. She left the next day out of fear. I contacted the hotel and Orbitz for a refund for unused days. They refused to do the right thing. I got nothing back. $750 for one night in dirty, filthy roach infested room with lights out and cabinet doors off the hinges. Absolute worst experience ever.
