This 3 level townhome in the southside is perfect for family or a group of friends. It is so easy walk to so much of what chattanooga has to offer including all of Main Street, the ChooChoo and Findley Stadium. And if you are coming for one of the Triathalons the bike race runs past only a block away.
The home layout includes a great modern kitchen featuring a gas stove, gas log fireplace a 1/2 bath and the main living room area.
Also note the house has 150 year old wood floors throughout the house.
Hop up the first flight of stairs and you find two bedrooms each with their own full bath and a large laundry area, which is great if you need to wash uniforms or workout clothes.
Hop up another flight of stairs and you will come to the official Master Bedroom and half kitchen and the best feature of all the huge outdoor deck! This is where you will enjoy all the wonderful outdoor views of the sunsets and the surrounding mountains. This is really a wonderful very private area to entertain and relax with family and friends.

Birthday Weekend in Chattanooga!
We had a great weekend in Chattanooga! The place was modern, very nicely decorated and well stocked. Don was great to work with and even provided some birthday treats. We walked to some cool breakfast and dinner places in the historic district and drove a few short miles to the riverwalk for dinner and drinks at a rooftop bar one night. We will definitely be back!

Head of the Hooch Weekend
Our son was competing in Head of the Hooch. We wanted a place that we could all be together and have room to hang out at night and also give everyone some privacy. This was the perfect place and location. It was comfortable and convenient. Don, the host, was amazing! He truly thought of everything and gave us a five-star experience! We would definitely stay again!

GIRL'S TRIP
Great location and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of amenities provided. Only recommendations we have is at least one TV in a bedroom and the upstairs bedroom/bathroom needs more light and mirrors. We would definitely stay again.

From the moment I made the reservation Don was in contact with me. And then when it seemed hurricane Helene might change our plans he remained in contact with updates. We had a pleasant surprise with some delicious cookies left for us as well as a thoughtful card welcoming us to Chattanooga. The house was beautiful and very clean! We loved the property, it was conveniently located, and the host was very kind and informative!

Perfect for Foodies
Excellent accommodation. While it was just the two of us, the house could have taken six people easily. The little touches make a big difference(e.g. three types of coffee pot available; first day breakfast provided). Three bedrooms, each with en suite. The out door deck on the top floor added to the spacious feel. Loved the eclectic artwork! Location is ideal for foodies, as it was walking distance to many fun restaurants (our favorite was Alleia). Great stay.

Perfect place to say!
Very comfortable place to stay for the 3 couples in our party. Great launching point to see many areas of Chattanooga and within walking distance of great restaurants. Sister time
The condo is beautiful and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. He has little touches that are above and beyond what most owners do. It is in a good location. We were able to walk to dinner three nights and it was only about a 5 minute drive to most attractions. I loved sitting on the deck and looking at the mountains that surround the city.

Fantastic amenities and location
This was one of our best rental experiences! The location is excellent with fantastic restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. The host even went the extra mile and sent me a message addressing specific “wants” for restaurant recommendations. The property is great. The street parking is on a quiet street and gives no issues. Each bedroom is large, has a bathroom, and a walk in closet. The rooftop patio was our favorite spot to hang out.

Great location, fabulous amenities. Bottled water by the bed and sound machines in every bedroom. The rooftop area was a great experience. Location was close to everywhere we needed to go. Close to UTC, aquarium and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

We love staying in this lovely home, as it is so comfortable, inviting, nicely appointed, and well stocked. We hope to return! This is a great place for my family. I have a daughter about to start college there and this is a great place for my family to stay while visiting her. I’ll rent this again. Nice place! Walking distance to a lot of great places.

Wonderful Property
My family has stayed at Don's place the last two Thanksgivings while we've visited family in Chattanooga. It is spacious, well-appointed and frankly feels like a home in the best possible way. An added benefit is the spacious rooftop deck with views of Lookout Mountain. The neighborhood is nice and safe and accessible to all parts of Chattanooga. We intend to return.

Great stay for weekend wedding guests
This was a terrific place for our family, in town for a wedding. Well-stocked kitchen with extras like a stocked Keurig, but also a drip coffee maker, fresh beans and a coffee grinder. Bathrooms had lots of extras, very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace with great sunset view. The location was within walking distance of eateries, with great recommendations from the host. I would definitely stay again when back in Chattanooga! Thanks, Don!

Five of us came in for a wedding in Jasper, TN so we were looking for a place close by that had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This property matched that and was great! We each had our own space but also had a couple great shared spaces for us to hang out together when we were there. We loved the location. It was easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The parking was right in front of the property so that was super convenient. The only downside was that none of the bathrooms had good lighting for getting ready for a wedding. I ended up on the upstairs deck with the makeup mirror from the 3rd level bathroom, which worked out ok. Otherwise, this property was perfect for us. We appreciated all the little touches like coffee and granola bars. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
