LOCATION! Private parking at the HEART OF DOWNTOWN! Self-check-in with the entry code. The NOOGA ABNB is a 2022 new modern townhome half the block off Main Street in Chattanooga's popular Southside neighborhood. The condo is within walking distance of Chattanooga's best restaurants, nightlife, Choo Choo, & venues. There is a mix of old historical and new modern buildings, numerous restaurants, and coffee shops for any taste or preference. The patio is my favorite place to observe the ancient and modern parts of the city. A fully furnished townhome has comfort and the luxury of 100% Mulberry-filled silk pillows and comforters, exceptional cleanliness, and the privacy of your place. The downtown area could have some outside noise. Bedrooms have total blackout and noise cancellation curtains and a white noise machine for comfortable rest. All sheets on the bed are 100% cotton. The comforters are inside the duvets. All beddings get washed on a sanitized cycle to ensure that all bed surfaces are clean and washed before your arrival. At my condo, you could relax and be worry-free that someone else set on the top of your bed before. It is only you. The property is perfect for singles, families, couples, & business travelers.

Besties trip
The condo was excellent! Highly recommend for anyone visiting to stay here! It was clean, comfortable, accommodating, and within walking distance to various restaurants! We will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga! The host was also excellent!

Excellent stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The property is exceptionally clean and very accommodating. Our host was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The location is perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location!
We spent 3 nights in Chattanooga and the location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, very close to the aquarium, zoo, and other downtown attractions. Also very short drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our hostess was….Irina was so easy to communicate with, check in was super easy, so many extras that she has thought of that go above and beyond. The unit was immaculately clean and the mattresses were soooooo very comfortable. If you’re considering a trip to Chattanooga, book this unit. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay!
The place was very comfortable and well thought out for travelers. The location was close to lots of restaurants. A little loud at night due to the close proximity to the night life but sound machines were provided along with sound deadening curtains. The 3 stories might be a bit much for older travelers. Excellent response and correspondence with our host. I highly recommend this property and will book it again for our next trip.

The property was amazing and had everything we needed. It was in a nice area that is clearly being redeveloped and we could walk to numerous great restaurants. It can get loud on weekend evenings but hard not to expect that in a downtown area. Provided white noise machines took care of it. All in all, it was a great place and we very much enjoyed our stay and would book it again for sure!

This property was very convenient and in a safe place. It was very clean and modern. We loved the balcony!! The only thing that was a little bothersome was the music from the local bars late at night.

Prime Location
We were participating in the Half Ironman event in Chattanooga and needed a place and came across this gem. We were alittle skeptical about the loud music but no issues with the loud music we were able to fall asleep and not be disturbed! The white noise machines were clutch (provided by the owner). I would stay here in a heart beat and maybe even next year for this event!!!! Everything was clean and the communication was amazing with the owner! You can not go wrong booking this place!

Comfy and Great Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were within walking distance of so many resturants, we had plenty of choices for meals. We spent our mornings and early afternoons exploring and then came back to the apartment for some of the best naps before venturing back out at dinner. The beds were super comfortable. We all loved the extra fuzzy blankets provided. The upstairs patio was the perfect spot to sit and drink a beer or coffee while listening to the live music down the street or just looking over the city and mountains in the distance. Our host truly thought over everything and had the most amazing extra touches. The communication was fantastic. We would highly recommend this place and hope to enjoy it ourselves again in the future.

Best friends get away
Got together with a childhood friend (we're in our 50s now) for a weekend getaway. The townhome was clean and modern and had a lovely rooftop deck. Property is located in the heart of Chattanooga's historic and happening southside district. So much to do and Chattanooga was alive with activity. From the incredible Chattanooga Market at the First Horizon Pavillion to the fun and hustle and bustle of the area around the Aquarium and North Shore, we had a blast. Capped off the night with pina coladas on the rooftop back at the townhouse. Highly recommend this location for an adult get away with friends.

Everything was Awesome!
From booking our stay to arriving back home, Irina was a stupendous host!! First, communication was wonderful- she sent us tips and recommendations without flooding our inbox. Arriving at the condo, we felt so welcomed- so many special little touches and an incredibly clean place. Our daughter loved the 3rd floor and the Murphy bed. Location was great- easy to walk to breakfast and dinner. Having a parking pad at the door was so convenient for unloading and loading. Highly recommend Irina and her place 😊

Great location
Just had a wonderful weekend in Chattanooga. The location was perfect for walking to many options of restaurants, shopping, and exploring the city. The place was noticeably well kept, clean, and communication was easy. There was some city noise yet room even had a sound machine. Not a big deal, yet the only thing I wasn't prepared for was there was no door to the bed room. Beyond that, there was plenty of space for 4 adults, or a family. I'ld stay there again when I come back to town.

Fantastic Stay in Southside Chattanooga
The property was just as presented. Irina was a fabulous host. I had asked for local recommendations for restaurants, activities, and church. She quickly responded with great suggestions. The property was clean and comfortable. I could easily find everything I needed in the condo. Irina dropped by cookies from a local shop. What a treat! The neighborhood is extremely walkable, and I greatly enjoyed by stay at Nooga ABNB.

The title says it all! Before arriving, there was great communication and owner was very welcoming! The townhome was spotless and I say that as someone who usually re-cleans upon arrival and washes everything. No need here. The patio and bonus room with work area are also great touches. Right across from the fire station and we walked over to let our little one see the beautiful firetrucks. Waking distance to restaurants. We'd definitely stay again!

Great location and well equipped
My husband and grown daughter and I stayed to watch a baseball tournament in East Ridge. We chose the condo because of the location and included parking, which was a big plus! There is other paid and free parking around for additional vehicles fyi. We walked to delicious restaurants for dinner each night. The condo had everything we needed, very clean, cosy and cute. I especially appreciated the white noise machines and the pillows. Irina kept in touch and let us know when it was ready for check in (early!) Just a note, because of the multi level stairs without doors (kitchen, living and half bath on the ground floor, main bedroom and full bath on second, and room with Murphy bed and rooftop terrace on top floor) I don’t know that I would recommend it for families with very small children or those with mobility issues, but for the 3 of us it was perfect!

I was very impressed with the communication of the host! Irina made sure that we had a comfortable stay! First off, it is sooooo clean! The location is amazing for walking and close to so many great places! She does warn about street sounds which you should expect being in the prime location you are to hot spots. To ensure everyone was prepared, she even had earplugs in case anyone is a light sleeper. My baby sleeps with a sound machine and wasn’t bothered at all and slept well. If you are debating on this property or another, choose this one. You won’t be disappointed!

Super clean!
I haven’t stayed anywhere this clean. Communication was good. And you couldn’t ask for a better location if you are are into night life and exploring downtown. We walked everywhere. Although very clearly stated in the listing the noise from the late night business’ was a bit excessive. However the host provided everything possible to mitigate this ie sound machines, ear plugs, eye masks. There is little privacy with the layout and lack of bedroom doors. This wasn’t a problem for us we were all family and were out late returning just to sleep. Lastly it’s is a 1.5 bath not a 2 bath. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Rental!
We had a lovely stay in Chattanooga! The rental was immaculately cleaned, had nice little touches, even some snacks which were well received after our drive to arrive. The location was perfect and it was easy to walk around the area to grab a bite to eat at local restaurants or an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Irina was communicative and lovely to work with. She thought of everything to help make our stay more comfortable! We enjoyed comfy beds and linens, the living room furniture was comfortable with reclining couches and blankets to curl up in and the addition of a white noise machine and blackout curtains were perfect! Just to note, it is in the listing and we came prepared, but we did have some trouble sleeping our second night, due to the loud music at the local dive bar, but the host provided everything to try to mitigate that. We are just light sleepers, so even with our own fan we brought, the white noise machine and ear plugs, it was hard to fall asleep until well after 2am. This is of no fault to the host, just our personal preferences and needs. We also brought small battery operated tea lights and put them on the landings of the stairs for any middle of the night runs to the bathroom from the top floor, down. We bring them everywhere we go! All in all, it was a great choice and recommended for anyone heading to the area!
