Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located townhome. A newwer home in a great old neighborhood, this townhome is located in the Ft Wood Historic District, just steps away from UTC campus and Erlanger. Only minutes to downtown and southside on foot, bike or by car. The outside of this home features a large back porch to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Covered off street parking is included. Perfect for a short-term and long-term stays!

1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10pm
3. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” also includes the use of a vape pens and marijuana and includes any premise of the building. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed (smoking in the rear of property in the parking area is ok)
4. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund
5. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for checkouts after 11am. We’re sorry we must charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them for their time
6. Guests who make reservations over 30 days must sign our standard lease (it will be provided before check-in)
7. If by not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.

Need to tend to a few things
Picture in living room fallen from the wall. Shower faucet labels backwards so cold water came when turned to hot. No coffee filters, salt and pepper or other basic spices. Ceiling lights did not work in either bedroom. TV needs instructions since could never find live live feed

College visit to UTC
The property was nice, but dealing with the property manager was poor. With all of the issues regarding flooding in the SE, all activities were cancelled at the college we were visiting. The property manager was not sympathetic to the situation. I don't have a cell phone and tried to get information about entry before we left. Had to wait at home until we got the information before we could leave. We ended up utilizing the unit anyway just so we wouldn't lose our money. 7 total hours of driving to and from the unit through rain, etc... Too bad, it is a nice place with a good location. Just poorly managed.

The property was very nice. The a/c was only in the living room area. All the ceiling fans were on high but the bedrooms stayed warm. Otherwise it was nice. Close to most attactions. I used Uber wherever I went.
