Welcome to the North Chatt Hideaway! Experience the best of Chattanooga's Northshore in our beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home! Welcome to our meticulously designed and fully equipped retreat, thoughtfully crafted with your comfort in mind!

Step into the stunning kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, Subzero fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to easily prepare meals together. Enjoy dining at the bar or gather around the spacious dining table.

The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed with new, comfortable bedding, and an en suite full bathroom along with a generous walk-in closet for your convenience.

Relax in the inviting living area with ample seating and a 55-inch television with Hulu Live for cozy movie nights. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed with plush bedding, a walk-in closet, and private access to the serene back patio featuring outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. Additional patio access is available from the living room.

**Please note the water in the garden tub is currently shut off due to a major leak - we do not have an anticipated time that it will be repaired**

A full bathroom conveniently located off the living room enhances your comfort. Downstairs, you'll find a washer, dryer, and a spacious two-car garage for added convenience.

CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
You are welcome to use the garage for parking one vehicle. The opener will be left on the kitchen counter. Please return the opener to the kitchen counter when checking out. A $100 fee will apply for a lost opener. The driveway can also be used for parking.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
No pets ($150 fee per pet if this rule is broken)
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. There will be an immediate fine of $500 for smoking any substance inside the house PLUS the additional cost of cleaning and remediation.
Please respect a quiet time of 10pm for our neighbors.

Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

Conference Getaway
My husband and I were in town for a conference at the Chattanooga Convention Center. This home was the perfect place for us to rest in the evenings as well as go through what we had learned that day. Super clean and gorgeous details. Perfect kitchen for eating in if we didn't want to eat out. Lots of steps to get into, but that was clear in the listing. Host is super communicative and we had all the information we needed.

Lovely place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga. Our host, Carrie quickly responded to all questions. She provided ideas on restaurants and tourist destinations. Would definately recommend this place and would love To stay here on our next trip to Chattanooga.

We had an excellent stay. The house is exactly as described, and very clean. The beds were really comfortable and new. Despite the construction across the street, it was very quiet at night for sleeping, and they didnt start uptill 9. would definitely be back am.

Great Location
My family stayed here for a few days with my Dad and Stepmother. Having two king size beds was great! There are also tvs in each bedroom and the living room. I loved the location. Just a few minutes from Coolidge park, and just a few more to downtown. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance (The Daily Ration for brunch and a Tavern for dinner).

Close to everything!
This apartment was wonderful! The host was easy to contact and very friendly! We had every modern convenience inside and it was spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus, too! We only had a short ride to downtown where we spent our time! We will be back!

Family Vacation
The house and neighborhood were beautiful and felt safe. It was the perfect location for my little family. We tried some of the recommended food locations and they did not disappoint. I marked communication as a 4 star because I wanted to let the property owner know a few things we noticed upon arrival. Nothing serious, just things like the lamp in one bedroom did not have a switch so we were not later charged; anyhow I was not able to.message using either the app or email - I do not believe this to be their fault just a glitch. I'd stay here again should we ever go back.

Awesome house
Perfect size for my Sister in Law and myself for our short stay. 2 huge bedrooms with King beds, each have full bath. Very clean and everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to the downtown area and all access roads.

My family and I enjoyed this comfortable and quiet location after very long days of loud and competitive competition. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was bery cozy. Very close to downtown Chattanooga with great restaurants and unique shops. This was a terrific house in a great location. Perfect for two couples and beautifully furnished. The two car garage with mechanized openers was a huge plus. Our interaction with the "owner" was always positive with good pre-communications and arrival day information. We would re-book this property without hesitation.

Just the perfect house!
We stayed at Carri’s house for the Ironman Chattanooga. The location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown and the event. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and comes with all the necessary amenities. It has by far the best kitchen appliances I’ve ever experienced in a location home. The whole process was quite easy. If we return for another IM, Carrie’s house would be our first choice.

Adorable property in established neighborhood with new growth. Clean and spacious with great attention to detail on the little things like extra coffee, hand soap, and shampoo. Stairs were not at all hard to maneuver, but you do need to trust your parking brake for the driveway. Beds and pillows were awesome! The couch was not as comfortable as we hoped as I thought it reclined. I would have also liked a more comfortable chair for outside as I really enjoyed the small, but peaceful back deck. Don’t miss out on the Tremont Tavern down the street! The burgers were amazing and beer selection large - we ate there twice! Thanks!

Everything we needed, very clean and nice place. Nice to have 2 garage spaces. Excellent restaurants nearby. There are about 12 stairs to enter the house; I think it would be an improvement to the listing if this fact was noted. Overall a very nice place and we had a good stay; We will go back!

Great property within close proximity to city center!
We visited Chattanooga for a softball travel tournament. This location was perfect for our family of 3- allowing our daughter her own room and full bathroom plus our own bedroom and bathroom. The main living area is open and spacious. The kitchen appliances are all high end and new. The beds were both comfortable. The owner leaves garage door openers for renters to use during the stay which is super convenient. The street is in a nice residential area and it felt safe and neighborhood was quiet. We felt so lucky to have all the amenities of home while we were back and forth between ball fields all over Chattanooga. We were super close to Warner Park and tons of great restaurants and even when we had to head over to Ooltewah that was only a 30 min drive. Would highly recommend.

We are so glad we chose this VRBO house, instead of a hotel. We had everything we needed, and plenty of room for our party of four. We were well within range of everything we wanted to visit, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host was very responsive to our messages, and answered our questions in a timely manner.
